Finish #3 on Tesori

It is so hot again here today and after a full day at the pool and a full evening, we are just kicking back at home in our cool home. Between loads of laundry, I managed to finish the Liguria region of Tesori. According to my sister-in-law, the Liguria region is a tourist type region. I gathered as much as I stitched the motifs. Here is an up to date of what I have finished so far. I am really enjoying the stitching on this one.
Up next is the final section of the first row. It is Venuto or the Venice region. This one will probably take me a little longer because it is a corner and it gets a little fiddly with the scalloped border.

In looking at my material out of the q-snaps, it looks like I mismeasured. I have a feeling the cut was a little larger than what I ordered. I know, I know, I should have measured it first but I assumed (big word there) that it was the correct cut. I will have 4 inches on the right and about 4 1/2 inches on the left. But I have no worries as I will have more than enough to be able to get this framed the way I want.

For the rest of my day, I only have dinner to do, laundry to take off the clothesline and stitching. My kind of day!!

I hope you are all enjoying your day and staying cool if it is hot where you are.

Wonderful project, Mia!

It's hot here, a little hotter heat wave than the normal with the highs topping 110. But our new a/c is working great! :D
