4th Finish This Year

I did it!!! YEAH!!! I stayed up a little later than normal last night and finished California Wine Sampler. I am really happy with the way it turned out. Sorry for the wrinkles but this morning I took it out of the q-snaps to take a picture to share with you. The picture doesn't do it justice but it is perfect with the hand-dyed fabric. Here's the info:
California Wine Sampler by Abbey Lane Designs
Started: April 27, 2006
Finished: June 12, 2006
Stitched on 32 ct. Country Mocha Vintage Linen with DMC 3740 and GAST Grape Arbor and GAST Grape Leaf

As soon as I get my AC Moore Ad this week, I will take the 40% coupon and get the frame.

In its place as car/travel project, I am doing the freebie I mentioned in another entry...Independence by Cross Eyed Cricket Collection. I will start that today while I wait for the kids.

I am desparately trying to get some household stuff done before noon when I have to pick the kids up. It is really hard to get a lot accomplished because it seems I no sooner bring them to school that I have to pick them up. Looks like my routine will be changing up a bit this summer when they are home full time. :) That is okay though because I am looking forward to the summer. All I want now is DS's exam grades. LOL If I get answers today, I will post again so as not to leave you in suspense any longer.

Not much else going on around here. I plan on going back to Tesori this evening and with any luck by the end of the week I will have the second section finished and the third ready to start.

Have a great day everyone!!

Great finish, Mia! If I stitch it, I'll change the wording to Washington wines, lol!

Nice finish and it does look great on the fabric you chose. Will it go in the dining room?
