This and That

Sorry for not posting sooner but is has been very busy in our household.

First off, I am now the proud mommy of a brand new 8th grader and a brand new 4th grader. No summer school for DS. I STILL do not know what his ILA grade was but he got a passing mark on his report card so I will take that and run.

Both of the kids are getting "new to the school" teachers next year. This should be interesting. I am hoping for the best.

The weekend was busy but I got some stitching in.

The best news of all...my carpet was installed today. YEAH!!! Now to get the freshly cleaned furniture off the patio and into this room. The carpet looks awesome against the walls and new woodwork. I am one happy person today. Little by little this week, I will return things to this room and get the rest of the house in order.

I just wanted to give a quick update. I have a few things to do before dinner. Hopefully in the next few days, I will have an updated picture of "Tesori" to show you.
