Thank You!!!
Thank you so much on your kind comments on my stitching history and my finishes from not too long ago. It was weird that when I took them out and unwrapped them, all the memories of what I was doing when I stitched them came back.
I commented in Lee's blog that we could all stitch the same thing but they would still be different. They would be different in that we would have our own memories to attach to that stitched piece. It is a beautiful legacy. Before framing, I showed DS the faded purple highlighter mark on the back of My Lady's Garden. I also showed him the small juice stain just under the hem of her dress (this shows on the front). He said "sorry" but he didn't have to. It made me smile as it was a wonderful memory of a 2 almost 3 year old toddler who spent many happy days with his mommy. I have said it before and will say it again. Us stitchers are special people!!!
Moving on, Gosia, I have been stitching for 11 almost 12 years. The same age as my DS. Of course I had my earlier attempts but that is what they were...attempts. Nothing serious til DS was born.
Jo, my DH would be happy to frame things for you. It is a shame you do not live closer. It really took him no time at all and I am so lucky he can do it for me. When he took out the mat cutter, you would have thought he took out a car engine. It was all foreign to me. LOL
Some time today I will take a picture of the framed My Lady's Garden and post it. She is in the same frame as Le Nouveau Sampler. With any luck, DH will have these on the walls by the weekend.
Cathy, I will post a separate post on CATS. That will be a wordy one (you expect anything else from moi? lol)
Have a great day all!!!!

I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas with this CATS festival. I didn't want to write it on my blog, because my friend would be hurt, but I'm more excited for the festival than I am for my trip to Vegas this summer!
