Back on Track

It is almost noon and I am happy to report that my household stuff is done. As soon as my kitchen floor is dry, I will start my dinner which is spaghetti sauce and then ravioli for dinner. Yum! I also have some laundry to do but the family room (where I stitch) and the laundry room are right next to each other. No problem there. So I am free to kit up and stitch the rest of the day. I can't wait.

First off, I want to thank Erica and Jo for your kind comments after reading the past days entries of my blog. I just *met* both of you and see you both as friends. Us stitchers are truly a special bunch. More people should be like that. I am much better and your support and hugs really mean a lot to me. When DH came home from work last night, he even noticed I had more energy and was less tense. I guess I noticed it too and love being pretty much the *old* me. Jo, I told my daughter about you wanting to see her picture and she is planning on more stitching so I will post her picture later or tonight.

Today I plan on kitting up the Coffee cup designs from Stoney Creek Magazine and a freebie I got at CATS last year (or was it the year before). It is called "Coffee is Magic" by Dragon Dreams. Yesterday I got the Weeks thread for the SC designs and the Fuzzy stuff for the Dragon Dreams design. So I have the fabric and probably the DMC and will kit them up today. DD has decided she wants to stitch and will do that while I am kitting up. She is doing better in the starting department but in the finishing off, let's just say, we need to work on that. She keeps forgetting to put the thread under a few stitches before she cuts. At least she has left enough of a tail, for me to rethread it and finish it off.

I will probably post again today but right now, I want to check the kitchen floor and get my sauce started. More later.....
