A Day Off-Update

Today is just what I needed. I managed to finish organizing my extra DMC in record time. I found these directions for worry dolls from DMC and my kids had a blast making them with toothpicks, glue and DMC. Meanwhile, I sat nearby stitching on my small project for DD. I figure I don't want to start my rotation in the middle of the week. So I plan on enjoying the rest of the week going back and forth between the design for DD and my Fire Dragon. All in all it was a relaxing day and I plan on getting off this box and going back to stitching. I feel like I am thinking clearer and am ready to tackle the rest of my week and I also plan on enjoying the weekend too.

Stitching really does de-stress and relax and soothe. I Love You Mug 2

I'm glad to hear that you had a relaxing day. I know what you mean about stitching being soothing and I always look forward to putting in a few stitches in the evening after a long day at work. Happy stitching!

Thanks, Jo. Only a stitcher understands the feeling we get when we stitch even if just a little each day.
